Sunday was a rainy day here so we decided to take the kids
bowling. We headed to
North Bowl Lanes bright and early to beat the crowds. We got a lane on the end, I had a $5 coupon, and we had $20 worth
of arcade points – SCORE! They have ramps and bumpers so even the smallest kids
can participate. It was Daniel’s first time bowling and he really enjoyed it
(well he enjoyed the actual bowling for a little while and then just ran around
like a maniac). After an hour of bowling, we hit up the arcade where Daniel
managed to hit the jackpot on a game and won almost 800 tickets. We headed out
right around noon when the birthday parties were starting to take over so it
was perfect timing. Plus, thanks to Daniel’s winnings each kid got to come home
with a few
pieces of crap great toys. A great morning all around!
