Pre-School Valentines

Isabelle was so excited to make Valentines for her classmates over the weekend. I told her the original idea, but she took it to a whole new level. That girl loves her arts and crafts! She happily spent hours cutting out each heart, coloring, gluing/glittering, signing her name, hole punching, and ribbon cutting. I may be a bit bias, but I think they are pretty amazing for a four year old. Here are some pictures for you to decide for yourself…

No matter how many times I see it I still think,"When did she get old enough that she can write her own name?!"

  1. Adorable! Um...I'm going to have my son write his own, but I'm so not crafty. We bought a box of winnie-the-pooh valentines. No gifts. Parents like you make we slackers look bad :p

    1. If these were Henry's Valentines we would be doing the same as you with the store bought ones. Isabelle is the craft queen so I let her go wild with them. Plus, I posted this in plenty of time so that the "slackers" could just copy this idea if they wanted! :)

  2. Fantastic idea! Isabelle is an Artiste! We are big time slackers. I am just proud of myself for having already purchased the Valentines. (Usually I a scraping the bottom of the barrel on 2/13).
    Love the glitter too!
